Floor-length gown of white shantung silk fashioned with a controlled bell silhouette skirt, fitted bodice with scoop neckline and elbow length sleeves. The outstanding feature of the gown was the heavy guipure lace threaded with blue ribbon which formed the empire midriff and the detachable square chapel-length train with an inserted band of heavy guipure lace threaded with blue ribbon.
